Suns 102, Thunder 93
PHOENIX (AP) - Amare Stoudemire scored 17 points before dislocating his left pinky and the Phoenix Suns, with their regulars together for the first time, beat the short-handed Oklahoma City Thunder 102-93 on Thursday night .

With the victory, the Suns (5-3) completed their fifth straight non-losing exhibition season and 19th in the past 20 years. The Thunder (1-5) will finish their exhibition schedule Friday night at the Los Angeles Lakers.

Stoudemire, who missed nearly all of training camp and the first five exhibition games because of an eye problem, was injured with 3:46 left in the third quarter and did not return.

Steve Nash, returning after missing three games because of a sprained right ankle, scored 15 points for the Suns. Leandro Barbosa also had 15 points, Shaquille O'Neal added 13, and Matt Barnes had 12.

Rookie Russell Westbrook led the Thunder with 22 points. Kevin Durant, last season's Rookie of the Year, added 19, Johan Petro had 17 and Jeff Green 12.

Stoudemire and Nash combined for 19 of the Suns' first 22 points in the third period, and by the end of the quarter, Phoenix had built a nine-point lead, 80-71. Early in the period, Stoudemire scored eight straight Phoenix points, and later, Nash had eight in a row. Durant kept the Thunder relatively close with 10 points.

The Thunder were playing without forward Joe Smith (fractured nose), center Mouhamed Sene (right knee surgery), guard Kyle Weaver (strained right groin) and forward Chris Wilcox (left hamstring).

Notes: The Suns exercised their option on swingman Alando Tucker for the 2009-10 season and waived guard Robert Hite. Tucker, in his second year with Phoenix, averaged 3.7 points in six games last season, but averaged 12.5 points in his first four exhibition games this season. Hite averaged 7.7 points in six preseason games.
