Oklahoma City Thunder Roster Report 2009-03-20

Oklahoma City Thunder Roster Report 2009-03-20
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Russell Westbrook, Shooting guard Thabo Sefolosha, Small forward Kevin Durant, Power forward Jeff Green, Center Nenad Krstic. Bench -- Guard Chucky Atkins, Forward Nick Collison, Forward Malik Rose, Guard Kyle Weaver.

--G Thabo Sefolosha faced his former team for the first time when Chicago visited Wednesday night. Sefolosha started 14 of 43 games with the Bulls before being sent to Oklahoma City at the Feb. 19 trade deadline. Sefolosha said before the game he wasn't out to prove Chicago wrong, but wanted to show he's had an impact and helped Oklahoma City win. Sefolosha didn't show too much, managing just six points and five rebounds.

--F Nick Collison apparently isn't happy with just one broken finger. Playing with a broken left thumb for two months, he added a chip fracture to the middle finger on his right (shooting) hand Monday against San Antonio. The injury happened while blocking a shot and slapping the backboard in the fourth quarter. He played Wednesday, racking up a double-double (12 points and 13 boards) against Chicago.

--F D.J. White has made a significant step in his comeback by getting assigned to the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League. The rookie had two surgeries this season for a benign growth in his jaw, and was cleared by team doctors Monday to play. White took part in light practices in recent weeks. Last season's Big Ten Player of the Year was acquired on draft day in a trade with Detroit. Tulsa has 10 games remaining this season.

--G Desmond Mason (knee surgery) is missing the rest of the season. He is expected to make a full recovery.
