ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Russell Westbrook, Shooting guard Thabo Sefolosha, Small forward Kevin Durant, Power forward Jeff Green, Center Nenad Krstic. Bench -- Guard James Harden, Forward Nick Collison, Center Serge Ibaka, Guard Shaun Livingston. PLAYER NOTES: --G Shaun Livingston is staking his claim on the backup point guard minutes with Kevin Ollie sidelined. He's played an average of 15.5 minutes in the last two games, wins over Golden State and Memphis.
Livingston hasn't scored, but he has eight rebounds and four assists. He also is moving well and appears to have command of the offense when he's in the game.
--G Mike Wilks has bounced around to several teams in his NBA career, but one thing has remained constant. He's always worn No. 29.
"I grew up in Milwaukee, Wis., 29th street," Wilks said. "It's a playground right behind my house, 29th Street playground, that I grew up playing on.
"So everybody from Milwaukee, they know what the 29 represents. It represents my community, it represents Milwaukee and all the people that spent time and helped me to get to this place in my life. It's my way of saying thank you."
--F Kevin Durant may be one of the better players in the NBA right now, but he still has a way to go to convince NBA fans. The league's third-leading scorer is just fifth in All-Star voting among Western Conference forwards, according to the first returns. Of course, Durant has stiff competition for votes. He trails Denver's Carmelo Anthony, the league scoring leader, Dallas' Dirk Nowitzki, the Lakers' Pau Gasol and San Antonio's Tim Duncan.
Durant scored 32 points Friday at Memphis, the 18th time he's led the team in scoring in 21 games. Durant also has seven straight games scoring at least 25 points.
MEDICAL WATCH:
--G Kevin Ollie (sore knee) had minor surgery and is expected out for the rest of December.
--G Kyle Weaver (separated shoulder) had surgery and is expected out through March.
