Oklahoma City Thunder Roster Report 2009-01-14
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Russell Westbrook, Shooting guard Desmond Mason, Small forward Kevin Durant, Power forward Jeff Green, Center Nick Collison. Bench -- Guard Earl Watson, Guard Kyle Weaver, Forward Joe Smith, Center Nenad Krstic, Center Chris Wilcox, Guard Damien Wilkins, Guard Chucky Atkins.

--F Kevin Durant has been a turnover machine lately. Sure, his scoring and rebounding numbers have been impressive, but his carelessness with the ball has become an issue. In the last three games, including Monday night's overtime loss at New Jersey, Durant has 18 turnovers -- an average of six a game. He had 18 total in the seven games before the current three-game stretch. "I've got to be stronger with the ball," Durant said. "I try to make it up in other areas, like defense."

--G Desmond Mason is back in the lineup after missing a game with a sore back. The veteran was injured after taking a charge Wednesday at Minnesota. Mason scored 10 points off the bench Saturday and was back in the starting five Monday at New Jersey. His wasn't as productive this time out, netting just four points in 25 1/2 minutes.

--C Nenad Krstic had his high-scoring game of the season Monday night in his former home. The backup played 23 minutes and scored 12 points. Krstic has played in four games.

--F D.J. White (jaw surgery) had a benign tumor removed Oct. 13. The second phase of the surgery involved mending the jaw with a bone graft taken from his hip. Recovery time is 4-to-6 months. He's begun doing light workouts.

--F Joe Smith (sore knee) didn't play Monday at New Jersey.

--C Robert Swift (flu-like symptoms) was inactive Monday at New Jersey.
