Oklahoma City Thunder Roster Report 2008-12-14
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Russell Westbrook, Shooting guard Damien Wilkins, Small forward Kevin Durant, Power forward Jeff Green, Center Johan Petro. Bench -- Guard Earl Watson, Forward Joe Smith, Guard Kyle Weaver, Center Mo Sene, Forward Nick Collison, Center Steven Hill, Guard Desmond Mason.

--C Chris Wilcox was hurt in the first quarter of Wednesday's loss to Memphis. He hopes to beat the team-sanctioned timetable of 10 to 14 days to recover from a dislocated ring finger on his right hand.

"Hopefully, I'll be back before then," Wilcox said. "It's just something that I have to deal with. You can't control what goes on with different things like this. But hopefully things will get better, and this will heal up and I'll be back out there on the court."

--C Steven Hill has been recalled from the D-League Tulsa 66ers to help fill in on the frontline. Hill was productive during his five-game stint with Tulsa that included three starts.

He averaged 9.6 points, 7.2 rebounds and 2.8 blocks. Hill helps fill the void left by the injury to starting C Chris Wilcox.

--F/C Nick Collison continued to come off the bench Saturday at Dallas, even though starter Chris Wilcox went down and Collison's production has gone up lately. C Johan Petro was in the starting lineup.

"Nick has been terrific off the bench," interim coach Scott Brooks said. "He gives us energy and a lot of great intangibles off the bench. We could have gone either way, but we felt that Johan can match up well with their bigger lineup."

--C Chris Wilcox (dislocated ring finger) suffered the injury on Dec. 10. He's expected to be out 10 to 14 days.

--F D.J. White (jaw surgery) had a benign tumor removed on Oct. 13. The second phase of the surgery was to involve mending the jaw with a bone graft taken from his hip. Recovery time is four to six months.

--C Robert Swift (lower back discomfort) is inactive. He's officially listed as day-to-day.
