
--Even though the regular season isn't quite over, plans for the summer league team are in full swing. Players expected to participate include Russell Westbrook, Kyle Weaver, D.J. White, Shaun Livingston, Serge Ibaka and last year's second-round draft pick Devon Hardin.
OKC also has two first-round picks in the upcoming draft. One of the franchise's D-League prospects, C Steven Hill, could also be a possibility. The Thunder competed in the Orlando summer league last year, but could be headed to Las Vegas this time. --The Thunder appear to be running out of the steam. Before Sunday's day off, OKC played four games in five days and lost three of them. Back in action Monday, the losses continue to mount with 13 in the last 17 games.
The losing streak has also reached five at Portland. The regular season concludes Wednesday at the Los Angeles Clippers.
