Oklahoma City Thunder Notes, Quotes 2009-03-25
--The Thunder are quick to give Kobe Bryant his due, adding that his pump fake may be the best in basketball. It's definitely not easy to decipher.

"You look at the position of his body and everything, when he's going to shoot it or not," guard Thabo Sefolosha said. "At some point you're going to have to jump, so you hope he's not going to fake it and draw a foul."

Added coach Scott Brooks: "He's so good, he's so explosive with the ball that you have to get up close to him and you can get tricked pretty easily."

--Taking care of the ball has been an issue for the Thunder all season, as Oklahoma City leads the league in turnovers at 16.7 per game. In Sunday's win over Minnesota, however, the Thunder committed just one turnover in the first half and 10 for the game.

"If we value each possession and move the ball three or four times, we usually get a good shot," Scott Brooks said. "Turnovers have been our problem all year, but that first half is how we want to play."

QUOTE TO NOTE: "That's one of the best teams in the league right now. We have a young team, we're learning and we've just got to move on." -- G Chucky Atkins after the Lakers easily beat Oklahoma City on Tuesday.
